Job Summary: We are seeking an Architect with experience in design and construction, responsible for drafting, modeling, and coordinating executive projects in Revit, as well as architectural design and client communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Information and documentation generation in AutoCAD and Revit 2. 3D modeling, drawings, details, and quantity takeoffs 3. Client communication and project development meetings An architecture and construction company is seeking an Architect with experience in drafting and modeling executive projects in Revit. Specific Responsibilities: * Information generation in AutoCAD and Revit, including full documentation * MEP modeling * Coordination of information in Revit and Navisworks (preferred) * Identification of potential inconsistencies or omissions in the project to be executed. * Development of 3D modeling, drawings, details, and quantity takeoffs. * Proficiency in rendering software. * Architectural, interior, and finish design. * Identification and prioritization of tasks according to requirements of various projects. * Plotting of drawings, printing of documents, and delivery of information. * Client communication and attendance at project development meetings. Minimum required experience: 2 years working on BIM architecture projects.
