Position Summary: Oversee the comprehensive execution of transaction monitoring processes and analysis of unusual operations to prevent financial risks and ensure operational integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in anti-money laundering prevention and transaction monitoring 2. Analysis and investigation of unusual financial transactions 3. Coordination of audits and regulatory compliance **Objective:** Lead and ensure the comprehensive execution of transaction monitoring processes, review of customer financial behavior profiles, analysis and investigation of unusual operations detected by Banco Compartamos’ automated systems, as well as handling and follow-up of internal reports submitted by employees, through the application of risk-based methodologies, compliance controls, and specialized investigative mechanisms, with the purpose of identifying, preventing, and mitigating risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, regulatory non-compliance, and improper conduct, thereby contributing to institutional protection, regulatory compliance, and operational integrity. **Experience and knowledge in:** * Anti-Money Laundering (AML/CTF), transaction monitoring, or regulatory compliance areas within the financial sector. * Mandatory possession of the AML/CTF/FPADM Certification for Compliance Officers issued by the CNBV. * Knowledge of AML regulations applicable to banks. * Analysis and investigation of unusual, relevant, or suspicious transactions, as well as response to alerts generated by automated monitoring systems. * Coordination of audits, regulatory requirements, and compliance with applicable AML/CTF and internal control provisions. * Leading teams and participating in continuous improvement, automation, and optimization projects for monitoring and risk analysis processes. * Handling of key performance indicators, preparation of executive reports, and presentation of findings to committees or executive management. **Years of experience:** At least 5 years of experience **Work modality:** Flexible arrangement, based in Mexico City (CDMX). **Benefits:** * Family Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance * Savings Fund * Savings Box * Grocery Vouchers * Vacation Bonus, Year-end Bonus, and Paid Vacation * Profit-Sharing Bonus * Performance Bonus * Among other additional benefits **\*To apply, please provide your complete information in UPPERCASE\***
