That’s why we offer not just offices, but environments that** **inspire, connect, and accelerate growth.** **Air Conditioning (Mini-Split) Maintenance Technician** **Position Objective:** Ensure the proper operation, efficiency, and extended service life of mini-split air conditioning systems through preventive and corrective maintenance services, guaranteeing optimal comfort and operational conditions across our centers. Responsibilities: * Perform preventive maintenance on mini-split units (cleaning filters, coils, fans, drains, and indoor/outdoor units). * Carry out corrective maintenance (diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration faults). * Verify refrigerant gas levels and perform recharges as needed. * Diagnose malfunctions and propose technical solutions. * Inspect electrical connections, controls, thermostats, and overall equipment functionality. * Ensure proper drainage and prevent leaks or water runoff. * Prepare service reports (work performed, findings, and recommendations). * Comply with safety protocols and proper use of tools. * Maintain equipment, tools, and work materials in good condition. * Assist in identifying units requiring replacement or major intervention. * Coordinate with the Facility or Center Administration team to schedule maintenance services. Requirements: * Education: Technical degree in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field (preferred). * Proven expert-level experience as a mini-split air conditioning maintenance technician. * Proficiency with industry-specific repair and maintenance tools. * Availability for on-site work in Mexico City. * Technical Knowledge: * Operation of mini-split air conditioning systems. * Handling of refrigerant gas. * Basic electricity. * Use of specialized tools (manometers, vacuum pumps, multimeters, etc.). Position Conditions: * Fieldwork (centers/offices). * Variable working hours based on service scheduling. * Response to urgent maintenance requests when required. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
