**TuDOC is seeking an Agreements Executive in Polanco - Miguel Hidalgo, Ciudad de México**

**General Responsibilities**
* Actively prospect new potential clients (public and private companies, schools, nursing homes, recreational centers, etc.) to establish medical service agreements.
* Schedule appointments or visits for personnel responsible for closing agreements.
* Perform administrative follow-up on active agreements: verify validity dates, collect documentation, update contact information, and maintain effective communication with company representatives.
* Assist in preparing and renewing contracts, collecting signatures, scanning documents, or arranging physical deliveries as required.
* Support the organization and logistics of vaccination campaigns or health events (preparing materials, registering attendees, assembling kits, etc.).
* Support the organization, logistics, and execution of the corporate loyalty program.
* Maintain an orderly and up-to-date database of agreements, contacts, visits, and completed activities.
* Assist in preparing reports (list of active agreements, upcoming renewals, monthly activities, etc.).
* Support management in monitoring agreements providing services such as clinical laboratory tests, imaging studies, ambulance transport, interpretation of X-ray studies, among others.
* Support management in operational follow-up of agreements with complementary medical service providers, including clinical laboratories, imaging services, ambulances, interpretation of radiological studies, among others.
* Escalate any anomalies, complaints, or incidents detected in services received from providers to the responsible department or the New Business Management team.
* Collaborate with management in the operational evaluation of providers, generating performance reports and identifying potential areas for improvement.
* Provide follow-up support to medical or administrative staff with questions or requirements related to these providers.
**Requirements**
* Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles (sales, account executive, business relations, agreement development, or B2B sales).
* Ability to work effectively in teams and communicate clearly.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, Communications, or related field.
* Mobility: Willingness to travel throughout the city as required by operational needs (company visits, events, campaigns, etc.).
* Availability: Willingness to work outside regular hours in exceptional cases (e.g., events or campaigns).
