Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Quality Manager to supervise and ensure compliance with quality standards in bus rehabilitation, guaranteeing safe and functional deliveries. Promoting continuous improvement in workshop and operational processes. **Automotive Quality Manager / Bus Reconditioning** A bus reconditioning company serving employee transportation requires a Quality Manager responsible for supervising and ensuring compliance with quality standards at every stage of the vehicle rehabilitation process, guaranteeing safe, functional, and on-time deliveries. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise quality inspections in mechanical, electrical, bodywork, painting, and interior processes. * Validate checklists and functional tests prior to vehicle release. * Identify quality deviations and coordinate immediate corrective actions. * Reduce rework, warranty claims, and post-delivery failures. * Coordinate the team of inspectors and quality personnel. * Track performance indicators (rejections, delivery times, rework, productivity). * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety standards. * Prepare quality reports and operational progress updates. * Participate in internal audits and address customer requirements. * Promote continuous improvement in workshop and operational processes. Requirements: * Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive Engineering or related degree. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar position. * Experience in the automotive sector, heavy-duty transportation, workshops, or fleet operations. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, bodywork, and painting processes. * Proficiency in KPI management. * Leadership and supervision of operational staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
