Position Summary: We are seeking a Graduate Profile Advisor to market educational services, expand the customer base, and maximize revenue through sales management and customer service. Join our UIN 2030 DNA!** **We require the following profile:** **Graduate Profile Advisor** **OBJECTIVE:** Generate revenue by marketing the organization’s services—including social service, internships, diplomas, degree programs, and courses—for external individuals as well as the UIN community, in order to expand the customer base and maximize revenue. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Manage sales services for prospective customers, providing detailed information and responding effectively to inquiries. 2\. Use sales scripts and persuasive techniques to present benefits. 3\. Actively listen to customers’ needs and concerns. 4\. Efficiently manage the database. 5\. Maintain accurate records of activities. 6\. Meet established sales targets. 7\. Participate in events and fairs at UIN campuses to promote services. 8\. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of the sales strategy. 9\. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills. 10\. Follow organizational procedures and policies. **Skills and Competencies:** 1\. Excellent verbal communication skills 2\. Persistence: **Work Experience:** * Six months of experience in sales and customer service. * Telephone customer support * Goal-oriented roles (KPIs) * Teamwork * CRM and Microsoft Office suite proficiency **Education and Training:** * Recent bachelor’s degree graduates, preferably from online or hybrid programs. * Incomplete undergraduate studies, preferably in economics, administration, or social sciences. * Completed high school education. **Offer:** * Monthly salary: Base $9,640.00 \+ commissions * Statutory benefits * Step-based seniority scholarship * Professional growth opportunities * Schedules: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs, and Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs. Monday to Friday, 10:00–19:00 hrs, and Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs.
