Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to safeguard goods, assets, and human resources at the assembly plant. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel management and security knowledge Job Objective Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to safeguard goods, assets, and human resources through the implementation of work processes and instructions at the Motorcycle Assembly Plant. Main Responsibilities Continuous supervision of compliance with safety equipment instructions.\* Supervision of various locations covered by security personnel, verifying adherence to company-established standards and instructions.\* Operational execution of emergency plans in case of contingencies threatening company assets.\* Assignment of internal and external security personnel to vulnerable areas within facilities.\* Control of work tools assigned to internal and external security personnel.\* Prepare a weekly report highlighting outstanding activities. Candidate Profile Knowledge in Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Safety and Hygiene, Criminology, Logistics and Transportation.\* Experience in Physical and Industrial Security.\* Knowledge in Personnel Management, Civil Protection, and Basic First Aid.\* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate \- Advanced).
