**Sears is seeking a Sales Manager at Parque Las Antenas - Iztapalapa, Mexico City** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SEARS PARQUE LAS ANTENAS IS SEEKING:** **CHILDREN'S SALES MANAGER** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead and manage the sales team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. * Design and implement sales and promotional strategies focused on the children's market (clothing, toys, care products, etc.). * Efficiently control and supervise inventory and stock. * Provide customer service, ensuring a friendly and satisfying shopping experience for parents, caregivers, and buyers in the children's department. * Continuously train and develop the sales team, ensuring in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits. * Conduct detailed sales analysis and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently to ensure goal achievement. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or administrative fields. * Experience: Minimum 2 years as Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager in department stores, retail chains, or boutiques, preferably with brands such as Cuidado con el Perro kids, H&M, Baby Planet, C&A, Suburbia, Liverpool, El Palacio de Hierro, among others. * Key competencies: Sales strategies and target achievement, sales report generation and analysis, point-of-sale (POS) terminal transactions, personnel management. * Proven experience managing the children's department. * Availability: Monday through Sunday. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive fixed salary * Statutory benefits from day one * $2,200 in food vouchers * Performance bonus * Guaranteed life insurance * Major medical insurance * Employee discounts * Academic scholarships * And many more benefits! **Address:** Av.
