Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Retail Sales Representative with experience in door-to-door sales and retail channel sales for client acquisition and prospecting, managing the full sales cycle. We innovate sustainably and responsibly by using human and natural resources rationally for future generations. **FOR PORTFOLIO ACQUISITION** WE SEEK: **RETAIL SALES REPRESENTATIVE\- FIELD** **Work Area: GUSTAVO A MADERO \- ECATEPEC** **Requirements** * Experience in door-to-door sales. * Retail channel experience. * Minimum one year of driving experience with a valid driver’s license. * **Client acquisition and prospecting.** * Job-related activities. * **Personal vehicle required.** * Prior door-to-door sales experience or hardware industry experience (preferred). * Achievement of sales and collection targets. * Execution of all sales cycle activities with each client (negotiation, sales, collections, compensation, and warranties). * Ensuring product assortment and timely order delivery. * Conducting negotiations to optimize sales (customer consulting). * Implementing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives defined by the commercial leadership. * Ensuring compliance with company policies and processes among distributors (customer registration, credit authorization, invoicing, agreements). * Reporting competitor activities and business opportunities within the region. **We Offer:** * BASE SALARY \+ Attractive commissions of $1,000 PER BILLABLE CLIENT * Excellent work environment. * Base salary. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Gasoline allowance.
