**Job Description:** Main Responsibilities: * Managing the assigned loan portfolio. * Origination of new loans through door-to-door outreach or field prospecting (flyer distribution, visits to high-traffic areas, use of social media). * Payment follow-up and collections. * Portfolio retention (loan renewals upon full repayment). * Administrative tasks. * **70% fieldwork and 30% office work.** We Offer: * Monthly base salary: $9,454 * Transportation allowance: $800 to $3,000 per month (based on portfolio size). * Training bonus: $12,000 disbursed over the first 6 months (in addition to base salary, allowances, and commissions). * Biweekly commissions with no cap, based on performance indicators. * Statutory benefits: 17-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, 100% contributions to IMSS, Fonacot, and Infonavit. * Direct employment with Banco Afirme (no outsourcing). * Access to employee-benefit loans and insurance, as well as discounts at gyms, universities, hospitals, and more. * Career development plan with growth opportunities.
