Responsibilities: * Loan placement based on customer profiles, in accordance with institutional policies, regulations, and procedures. * Maximize portfolio profitability through personalized and specialized service that meets the needs of current and potential customers, aligned with accepted standards of best practices in microfinance; occasionally assists with street-level prospecting near the branch using an assigned customer portfolio.
