Job Summary: We are seeking door-to-door collection agents to recover overdue accounts through field-based operational management and achievement of performance targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Control and monitoring of the assigned area **DOOR-TO-DOOR COLLECTION AGENT – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we seek Collection Agents to recover overdue accounts within the assigned area through direct field-based operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Recovery of overdue accounts through door-to-door collection * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Control and monitoring of the assigned area **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET per month * Food vouchers equal to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on target achievement (uncapped) * Christmas bonus: 15 days' salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Minimum education: High school diploma (in progress or completed) * Experience in extrajudicial collections (personal loans, group loans, payroll loans, etc.) * Personal motorcycle * Valid driver's license * Willingness to travel frequently * Tolerance for pressure and rejection * Negotiation and follow-up skills * Results-oriented mindset and administrative control capability * Willingness to work in the field Are you interested?
