Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Collections Officer to negotiate with clients whose accounts are overdue and verify their addresses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage visits and offer payment alternatives 2. Locate and negotiate with clients 3. Capture visit-related information in the system 1 year of experience in field collections / financial sector Responsibilities: * Conduct client visits * Offer payment alternatives * Enter client visit information into the system.
