Banco Azteca is seeking top talent to join its Collections team as a Collections Officer: As a Collections Officer, you are responsible for visiting borrowers who have fallen behind on their loan payments and creating repayment plans to bring their accounts current again. Responsibilities: * Field activities, including direct visits to clients at their homes. * Recover overdue accounts. * Provide respectful and friendly customer service. * Provide clients with all necessary information, as well as the benefits of maintaining a current credit account. Required Profile: * Experience in customer service, sales, and handling objections. * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license. * Proficiency using mobile devices and enthusiasm for digital applications. * Focus on achieving weekly goals and objectives. * Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
