We are looking for a committed and motivated Junior Telephone Advisor to contribute to our ambitious mission of providing equitable access to financial products through innovation and technology. **Job Objective:** Follow up on already-approved loan applications by handling calls and verifying that the documentation submitted by the customer is authentic, complete, and complies with established requirements.
