**DB Soluciones is seeking a Finance Director in Coyoacán, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Finance Director Master's degree or specialization in finance; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. DEGREE REQUIRED Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or related position. Responsibilities: * Prepare the annual and monthly budgets * Identify recurring fixed expenses and ensure their timely payment, coordinating with Operations Management and Office Manager * Monitor expenses and review submitted expense documentation to ensure proper verification * Process payroll for all group employees accurately and on schedule * Report actual vs. budgeted expenditures and generate corresponding notes for variances * Monitor and report on group and President's account balances through coordination with banking institutions * Manage the petty cash fund * Ensure proper use of resources assigned to operational staff via electronic cards * Generate financial run reports * Monitor collections management, generate account statements, and issue payment receipts for credits * Generate credit reports for submission to CONDUSEF * Make payments to suppliers and creditors * Monitor and control compliance with tax obligations * Submit monthly and annual tax declarations * Generate financial reports and company performance analyses * Portfolio monitoring, liability review, income statements, and cash flow statements (Financial) Work location: Coyoacán, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 hours; FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE REQUIRED.
