We invite you to apply as: **Motorcycle-based Collections Officer.** **Requirements:** * Completed high school (certificate required). * Minimum **2 years of field collections experience.** * Availability to work Monday through Sunday. * Clean credit bureau record (mandatory). * Good health condition. * Ability to ride a motorcycle and possession of a valid driver's license (mandatory). **Responsibilities:** * Plan and organize daily field visit routes. * Conduct home visits to negotiate payment agreements. * Record and report on managed accounts. * Follow up on payment commitments. **Essential competencies: Effective credit negotiation, Geographic orientation skills.** **Working hours:** Monday through Sunday. **Work location: Querétaro (multiple areas).** **We offer:** For the first 3 months, you will receive a base salary \+ statutory benefits.
