**People And Growth is seeking a Commercial Advisor in Central \- Irapuato, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ **Main responsibilities** * Prospect, acquire, and follow up on new client portfolios to ensure strong company presence in the assigned region (Silao, Irapuato, Celaya). * Serve the assigned client portfolio to ensure generation of new sales. * Ensure provision of accurate information to the design department to guarantee projects align with client needs. * Ensure appropriate after-sales service to strengthen long-term client relationships and ensure client retention. * Guarantee expense control. * Submit sales, expense, and revenue reports to senior management. * Support collections activities for owned clients (accounts receivable). **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree: Architecture, Design, or related field preferred. * Years of experience (general and/or specific): 5 years * Sales management * Commercial skills * Negotiation skills * Customer orientation * Marketing * Performance indicator tracking **Additional information:** * Willingness to travel: Yes * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); however, performance is goal-based. * Company vehicle * Base salary: $17,500 plus commissions **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Expert level **Departmental function:** Commercial / Sales **Industry:** Furniture **Skills:** * B2B * Design * Prospecting *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a15cac44300003100bd4def\&source\=indeed*
