Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Collections Executive with customer service and field work experience to join our team. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service experience 2. Field work 3. Availability for hiring at different branches Collections Executive Base salary: $8,364 monthly (paid biweekly) Bonuses: * 8 weekly training bonuses of $300 MXN each. * Productivity bonus, approximate commissions of $15,000 MXN per month, uncapped. * Gasoline allowance of $2,400 MXN per month (paid weekly). * Guarantee bonus of $3,000 MXN per month for the first 6 months (paid biweekly). Benefits: 15 days of Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) 25% vacation premium 12 vacation days starting from the first year of employment Profit-sharing Uniform Life insurance coverage of $250,000 MXN Employee loan with preferential interest rate FONACOT INFONAVIT 100% IMSS and Infonavit contributions Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM \- 6:30 PM (2-hour lunch break from 2 \- 4 PM), and Saturdays, 8:30 AM \- 2:00 PM.
