Join our team! **Job Objective:** Manage portfolio recovery through home visits, as well as promote and place credits, providing timely follow-up to clients throughout the entire process. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily-payment loan collections at clients’ homes. * Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments. * Promote and place credits according to established policies. * Execute disbursement and delivery of approved credit to the client. * Build trust-based relationships and provide personalized service. * Achieve recovery and placement targets. * Perform 100% field-based work using a motorcycle. **Required Profile:** * Experience in collections, field sales, customer service, or similar activities (preferred). * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle and valid driver’s license. * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and aptitude for field work. * Flexible availability. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commission scheme. * Work tools. * Ongoing training. * Opportunity for professional growth and development.
