Position Summary: Collections teleagent for recovering accounts with banking debts, focused on strategic negotiation, reconciliation, and advisory services. Key Highlights: 1. Outbound call management and account follow-up **COLLECTIONS TELEAGENT** **Objective:** Recover high-value accounts with debts from banking institutions **Responsibilities:** * Negotiation and settlement * Reconciliation and advisory services * Outbound call management * Strategic negotiation * Recovery of overdue accounts * Preparation of payment commitments * Follow-up on assigned accounts **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections call centers handling delinquencies of 180 days or more * Experience in banking collections (excluding department store credit cards) **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:15 PM to 9:00 PM * Saturdays: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Monthly gross salary: $10,000 * Uncapped bonuses based on account recovery performance * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $200 * Transportation bonus: $500 * Onboarding bonus: $1,000 for two months * Statutory benefits * Life insurance starting from the 3rd month * Major medical expense insurance starting from the 1st year ***INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND ATTACH THEIR RESUME!!!*** Salary: $9,600.00 - $10,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
