We are looking for a passionate and proactive Collection Coordinator to join our team and help drive our payroll-based credit operations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Field-based individual collection management * Customer calls, emails, and negotiations * Customer location and on-site visits * Route planning and execution for collection activities using Google Maps * Portfolio monitoring and follow-up * Database updates **Required Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Law (graduated or intern accepted) * Proven experience in individual collection * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Organized * Willingness to work 100% in the field * Availability to cover Colima, Villa de Álvarez, and Armería **We Offer:** * 15% commission on recovered amounts * Weekly per diems * Weekly payment * Employment modality: Commission-based Sales Agent
