Position Summary: We are seeking Collections Officers to recover overdue portfolios through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Overdue portfolio recovery through in-home collections 2. Negotiation and closure of payment commitments 3. Control and monitoring of the assigned area **FIELD COLLECTIONS OFFICER – EXITUS CREDIT** At Exitus Credit, we are seeking Collections Officers to recover overdue portfolios within the assigned area through direct field operational management and achievement of recovery targets. **Responsibilities:** * Overdue portfolio recovery through in-home collections * Management of overdue payments * Negotiation and closure of payment commitments * Locating and identifying delinquent customers * Control and monitoring of the assigned area **We Offer:** * Base salary of $10,000 NET monthly * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of salary * Commission plan based on achievement of targets (no cap) * Christmas Bonus: 15 days’ salary * 12 vacation days * Vacation premium of 25% **Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 30 years old. * Excellent personal presentation. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in institutional sales, insurance, and/or establishing agreements with public and private institutions. * Service-oriented and collaborative attitude. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Skilled negotiator. * Availability for fieldwork Are you interested?
