We are seeking a Collections Executive focused on specialized collections (management of high-delinquency portfolios). We offer: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. ́ Responsibilities: Field collections, client negotiation, generation of payment commitments, and account recovery : * Experience in recovering high-delinquency accounts, overdue or written-off portfolios * Motorcycle or vehicle ownership (mandatory) / Valid driver's license (mandatory) * Completed high school education (preferred) * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented * Minimum monthly salary expectation of $30,000 MXN : * Base salary ($9,450 MXN monthly, paid biweekly) * Monthly training bonus: $1,200 MXN * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (details provided during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 MXN contingent upon performance) Monthly productivity bonus: $3,000 MXN * Gasoline allowance: $1,400 MXN monthly * IMSS coverage (100% contribution from day one) * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT) * Enhanced benefits (life insurance, accident insurance, employee loans at preferential rates, uniforms), vacation advance after 6 months of service * Ongoing training \#Collections \#OverduePortfolio \#CollectionsAgent \#SundaysOff \#Commissions
