Apply with us to begin your selection process as: Service Assistant Requirements: * Experience in administrative activities and customer service, preferably in schools or educational institutions. * Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Administration, Social Sciences, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, formulas) and Outlook proficiency. The position entails: * Administrative support for School Services Coordination and School Leadership. * Maintenance of student records. * Recording of student departures. * Responsibility for tracking and fulfilling requests and procedures initiated by students, parents, and teachers. * Ongoing advisory support to students, parents, and teachers regarding procedures, payments, scholarships, re-enrollments, etc. * Management of overdue accounts and collections. * Other administrative tasks supporting the campus.
