The ideal candidate has experience in consultative sales, commercial customer service, or placement of financial products, and possesses the ability to convert prospects into closed sales. **Responsibilities** * Respond to and follow up on leads generated through digital channels (social media, lead forms, WhatsApp, CRM, platforms). * Identify customer needs and advise them throughout the purchasing process. * Conduct commercial follow-up until sale closure. * Achieve monthly placement and conversion targets. * Keep customer and opportunity information updated in the system. * Deliver a fast, professional, and results-oriented customer experience. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in: * Automotive industry * Banking or financial products * Loans, insurance, financing, or consultative sales * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving goals. * Basic proficiency in digital tools and commercial follow-up. * Excellent service attitude.
