Provide excellent service to resolve inquiries regarding incidents, rejections, clarifications, or other issues arising during the collection process. Schedule: ***Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:00 hrs; Saturday rest period from 08:30 to 14:00*** We offer: * Salary up to $12,000 gross (including attendance and punctuality bonuses)
