Job Summary: We are seeking a Yard Inspector for a railway company, responsible for inspecting railcars, supervising loading operations, and managing documentation, while interacting with operators in an outdoor working environment. Outdoor work with rotating shifts A leading Mexican railway company with the most extensive network in Mexico is looking for your talent as **"YARD INSPECTOR"** **Requirements** * Work experience: 2 years in a similar position. Quality inspection, document checklist handling, interaction with operators, and customer service. (Outdoor work) * Education: High school diploma or technical certification. **Responsibilities:** * + Inspect railcars + Instruct the Ground Unit Operator to perform loading + Initiate necessary actions to address identified threats, halt the loading process, validate the threat, and notify the Traffic Supervisor + Validate equipment for loading operations and sample railcars + Receive and verify loading documents submitted by the Transport Operator and deliver them to the Traffic Supervisor + Verify that loading is performed correctly, respecting the unloading sequence of the Ferro Hopper and validating the transfer operation + Adjust weight and sample the Auto Hopper; if necessary, stop the Auto Hopper’s departure and notify the Traffic Supervisor + Assist in activities and procedures upon request **Statutory Benefits \+ Additional Benefits** * Punctuality and attendance bonus: $233.33 (weekly) * 100% IMSS and INFONAVIT coverage * Statutory vacation days * 50% vacation premium * 30-day year-end bonus * Life insurance * 10% food allowance * 10% savings fund * Employee transportation * Subsidized cafeteria (60% subsidy; $23.71 per meal) * Payroll advances * School supplies support (preschool, elementary, and secondary) * Annual profit-sharing based on percentage **Work Schedule:** Shifts: Rotating shifts (Monday to Saturday). * Day shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM * Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * Night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Mixed shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Location: Carretera a Colombia Km. 27.3, 65500 Salinas Victoria, N.L.**
