This position ensures accurate inventory management, timely material movement, and provides support to production operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. **Primary Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods according to company procedures. * Prepare and issue materials for production and shipments per work orders. * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP). * Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits. * Ensure correct labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods. * Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including hazardous material handling. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards. * Report any discrepancies or damaged material to the supervisor immediately. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations. **Minimum Requirements** * Completed secondary education or technical degree. * 1\+ years of experience in warehousing or material handling (preferably in manufacturing). * Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment (valid license required). * Basic computer skills for inventory transactions. * Availability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing). **Preferred Requirements** * Experience in the chemical industry or hazardous material handling. * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. * Knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Basic English (reading and writing). * Attention to detail and teamwork skills. *H.B.
