Learn more at www.hbfuller.com. **General Job Description** The Warehouse Operator is responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping raw materials and finished goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position ensures accurate inventory management, timely material movement, and provides support to production operations in a chemical manufacturing environment. **Primary Responsibilities** * Receive, inspect, and store raw materials and finished goods according to company procedures. * Prepare and issue materials for production and shipments per work orders. * Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS or SAP). * Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits. * Ensure correct labeling and documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods. * Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards, including hazardous material handling. * Maintain a clean and organized warehouse in accordance with 5S standards. * Report any discrepancies or damaged material to the supervisor immediately. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations. **Minimum Requirements** * Completed secondary education or technical degree. * 1\+ years of experience in warehousing or material handling (preferably in manufacturing). * Ability to operate forklifts and other equipment (valid license required). * Basic computer skills for inventory transactions. * Availability to work onsite in Monterrey, Mexico, and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing). **Preferred Requirements** * Experience in the chemical industry or hazardous material handling. * Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems. * Knowledge of ISO standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Basic English (reading and writing). * Attention to detail and teamwork skills. *H.B.
