Role 20x10 \| Day and night shifts At CYMH, we are seeking an ON-SITE Warehouse and Workshop Assistant to support daily mining operations located in San José del Progreso, ensuring proper supply, control, and delivery of hydraulic materials, spare parts, and consumables. Key responsibilities: * Receiving, inspecting, organizing, and classifying materials. * Fulfilling orders for mining operations and customers. * Cutting hydraulic hoses and performing basic assembly of hydraulic fittings. * Tracking and recording inventory receipts, issuances, consumption, and movements. * Preparing material requisition forms, delivery notes, and shift logs. * Delivering materials and tracking signed documentation. * Participating in cyclic inventories and physical counts. * Maintaining order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards and 5S principles. * Reporting shortages, incidents, damages, or restocking needs. * Supporting shift handover/receipt and operational continuity of services. Requirements: * Experience in industrial warehouses, spare parts, hardware stores, hydraulics, or similar fields. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of hydraulic hoses, connectors, and tools. * Basic proficiency in inventory management, Excel, and operational reporting. * Availability to work under a 20x10 schedule. * Residing near the route departing from Ocotlán de Morelos or having no issue commuting to the mine. * Availability for rotating day and night shifts. * Willingness to travel to Aguascalientes for training.
