Material resource management essential to operations **JOIN OUR TEAM!** At **SEPIVER \- Private Security**, a leading company in protection and security services, we are seeking an organized and proactive professional to manage the flow of material resources that enable operational excellence. **JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure full control over the inventory of assets (uniforms, PPE, and supplies), guaranteeing that every operational team member receives their work tools on time and in full compliance with strict documentation standards. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply logistics. * **Location:** Must reside in **Culiacán, Sin**. * **Skills:** Strong organizational sense, proficiency in office tools (Intermediate Excel), and ability to interact effectively with suppliers and operational staff. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Inventory Control:** Conduct weekly inventories of total stock to ensure resource availability. * **Supply Management:** Receive deliveries from suppliers of uniforms, PPE, stationery, and cleaning supplies, verifying against purchase orders. * **Delivery Logistics:** Prepare equipment packages and coordinate shipping guides with the Logistics Coordinator for all customer services. * **Documentation Assurance:** Prepare and retrieve signed custody forms from personnel upon delivery of uniforms and personal protective equipment. * **On-Site Support:** Assist in launching new services by assembling kits and delivering equipment directly to security guards. **TECHNICAL AND SOFT SKILLS** * Warehouse performance indicator management. * Accuracy in recordkeeping (Zero errors in custody forms). * Assertive communication and persuasion. * Sense of urgency and focus on internal customer service. **WE OFFER** * **Monthly Salary:** $12,000\.00 (Net). * **Employment Type:** Permanent. * **Department:** Material Resources. * Opportunity for career growth and job stability within a solid company. **HOW TO APPLY?** If you meet the profile and are ready for this challenge, apply now and we will contact you.
