Promote a culture of high performance and collaboration **Job Description:** Job Description The Value Stream Packaging Manager is responsible for the overall management of primary and secondary packaging operations, ensuring operational continuity, production plan compliance, and resource optimization. Leads cross\-functional teams to guarantee efficient and safe processes aligned with quality and food safety standards. Coordinates operational strategies focused on productivity, waste reduction, and continuous improvement. Manages key performance indicators and promotes a culture of high performance and collaboration. Actively participates in innovation, automation, and plant sustainability initiatives. Ensures compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and industrial safety standards. What are we looking for? Technical Competencies * Manufacturing and packaging operations management. * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies. * Management of production and efficiency KPI’s. * Knowledge of quality systems and food safety standards. * Production planning and operational cost control. * Fluent English verbal and written.
