Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employment Type** Confidence-Based Position **Position Objective** Track the timely arrival of transportation units and register transport lines in SAP for loading at various Grupo PiSA warehouses, promptly notifying the immediate supervisor of any risks or delays that may arise. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Assign trips to transportation lines to fully cover the work plan, ensuring operational continuity and fulfillment of established commitments. * Execute tracking and monitoring of on-time arrivals of transportation lines to ensure timeliness and operational efficiency. * Assign each trip to be carried out by transportation lines in the transportation application (drive-in). + Manage and document transportation line incidents and penalties, provide follow-up, and deliver relevant information to involved departments, ensuring operational continuity and accurate information transfer between shifts. Experience * Logistics and transportation processes: 6 months * Customer service: 6 months Knowledge * Logistics and transportation. * Monitoring or tracking of transportation units. * PC operation.
