Operational leadership and results-oriented approach **Job Objective** Plan, coordinate, and supervise transfers of materials, machinery, fuel, and units among stations, warehouses, and construction sites, ensuring operational efficiency, time control, cost reduction, and compliance with internal and safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate material and equipment transfers between construction sites and stations * Schedule transport routes and timing * Supervise assigned operators and vehicles * Control loading, unloading, and transfer documentation * Validate fuel consumption and mileage tracking * Coordinate preventive maintenance for assigned vehicles * Manage in-transit inventory * Ensure compliance with on-site safety regulations * Monitor incidents during transportation * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly movement reports * Optimize logistics resources * Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and site supervisors **Required Experience** * 3–5 years in logistics coordination * Experience in station control (fuel, materials, or operational bases) * Personnel management experience * Experience in construction or heavy transportation sectors * Fleet management and GPS monitoring experience (preferred) **Technical Knowledge** * Logistics and supply chain management * Inventory control * Route planning * Fuel management * On-site safety regulations * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency * Logistics KPIs (delivery times, transportation costs per unit, performance per vehicle) **Key Competencies** * Operational leadership * Planning and organization * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Results orientation * Working under pressure * Effective communication * Operational control and discipline **Education** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related field Monday to Sunday / Flexible schedule availability Employment type: Full-time Salary: $6,870.35 – $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
