Traffic Assistant

A company in the logistics and transportation sector is seeking a Traffic Assistant to join its team. Position Objective Ensure the correct preparation, validation, control, and safekeeping of documentation required for the transportation of chemical products, guaranteeing compliance with legal, regulatory, contractual, and customer requirements. Requirements * Completed or incomplete technical or bachelor's degree in Logistics and Transportation, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of hazardous materials and waste transportation. * Familiarity with regulations applicable to chemical product transportation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. * ERP system knowledge is desirable. Main Responsibilities * Ensure documentary traceability for each shipment. * Maintain updated formats and records within the integrated management system. * Data entry and uploading of information into internal platforms. * Review of permits, licenses, and validity periods for operators and vehicles. * Compilation of trip-related files. * Control and safekeeping of documentation. * Reporting and tracking of identified deviations. * Timely delivery of documentation to respective departments. * Support during audits and regulatory compliance activities.
