Position Summary: We are seeking a responsible and committed DMC Tour Operator to conduct safe and punctual luxury transfers, ensuring high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Provide luxury service and exceptional quality to customers. 2. Coordinate with teams for scheduled routes and delivery times. 3. Comply with road safety regulations and internal transportation policies. We are looking for a responsible and committed DMC Tourism Tour Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting safe and punctual transfers for our customers, complying with traffic regulations and company-established procedures, while delivering luxury and high-quality service. Main Responsibilities: * Drive assigned vehicles: Suburban High Country, Sprinter diesel. * Inspect the vehicle’s mechanical condition before each shift (fluid levels, tires, brakes, etc.). * Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience. * Coordinate with the Traffic and Operations team to adhere to established routes and scheduled delivery times. * Maintain activity records and report any incidents or situations that compromise service quality. * Availability to work flexible hours, including holidays. * Comply with road safety regulations and internal transportation policies. Other Requirements: * Valid AF driver’s license. * Valid psychophysical examination. * Advanced English. * Prior experience as a driver in the tourism sector or luxury transportation. * Good knowledge of local routes in Cancún and the Riviera Maya. * Orientation skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Proficiency in using electronic devices for navigation and operational logging.
