Work environment that values results-oriented performance and teamwork. **Purpose of the Position:** Ensure proper execution of delivery operations by supervising delivery personnel in adhering to assigned routes, delivery timelines, efficient resource utilization, and customer service, thereby guaranteeing timely, secure, and cost-effective product distribution to the retail channel. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and assign delivery routes by delivery zone. * Apply KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to monitor the delivery process. * Conduct brief daily team meetings with delivery staff to provide feedback and issue relevant instructions for the day. * Ensure all delivery routes depart on time. * Guarantee 100% completion of scheduled visits per route and coordinate support as needed to complete routes punctually and correctly. * Ensure company vehicles are in optimal condition for route operations. * Be accountable for delivery vehicles. * Review and follow up daily on the delivery vehicle checklist. **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years in supervisory or coordination roles involving operational staff. * **Knowledge:** Delivery operations, KPI management, personnel management, interpretation and analysis of data and operational processes, vehicle operation—ideally with a valid driver’s license. * **Competencies:** Results orientation, customer service, accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline. * **Driver’s License:** Valid (Class A or Class E). **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Commissions and incentives based on goal achievement. * Statutory benefits * Ongoing training and growth opportunities.
