




Summary: We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM experience to design, develop, and optimize ServiceNow solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Highlights: 1. You will work on design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions in a complex, enterprise environment. Responsibilities * Design and develop Service Catalog items and IT request management workflows. * Configure and customize Service Portal widgets and pages, ensuring a great user experience and accessibility. * Implement and maintain ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge) on the ServiceNow platform. * Develop and maintain workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestrator. * Create and maintain configuration data in the CMDB, ensuring configuration items and relationships are accurate and up to date. * Develop ServiceNow components such as APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Security Rules (ACLs). * Build and optimize custom widgets, complex pages, taxonomies, and portal content, resolving UI performance bottlenecks. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams during requirements gathering, design, and sprint sessions. * Lead or mentor other team members in continuous improvement and best practices for ServiceNow and ITSM tooling. * Provide ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancements to existing ServiceNow solutions. Requirements * 7\+ years of overall technology implementation experience. * Minimum 5\+ years of hands\-on ServiceNow implementation experience in large, complex environments. * Strong experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge), reporting, Security Operations, and integrations (LDAP, SSO, REST APIs, etc.). * Proven experience developing complex Service Catalog items and Service Portal customizations. * Solid background with ServiceNow development: APIs, Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Rules, Catalog Client Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs. * Experience administering, maintaining, and enhancing ServiceNow, including CMDB design and upkeep. * Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow tools to automate tasks and processes. * Demonstrated ability to work with cross\-functional teams (functional and technical consultants) in agile or sprint\-based projects. * Experience leading or guiding teams on ITSM tool implementation and continuous improvement initiatives.
