SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT

We invite you to join us as a SENIOR PROJECT ARCHITECT at a prominent real estate group dedicated to residential and hospitality development. **Job Objective** * Lead design, development of construction drawings for executive projects, and regulatory compliance. **Requirements** * Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (**Title and Professional License are mandatory**) * Experience: **Minimum 6 years** participating in **residential complexes and horizontal housing projects.** * Demonstrable experience across all project phases: Conceptual Design, Architectural Design, Executive Design, coordination with engineering and structural disciplines. * Demonstrable experience in preparing master plan drawings, urbanization and infrastructure plans, foundation layout drawings, and land subdivision plans (area tables and undivided shares). * Development of drawings required for permits and licenses (government liaison). * **Availability to travel** to Toluca one day per week. **Software:** * AutoCAD 90% (with external reference management), SketchUp, Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Microsoft Office suite **Regulatory Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of construction regulations and permitting procedures in the State of Mexico (Urban Development, CFE, OPDAPAS). **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and develop conceptual, architectural, and executive proposals. * Draft technical drawings, presentations, diagrams, bulletins, etc. * Review executive project documentation against internal regulations. * Track drawing revisions according to on-site changes and recommendations. * Strategic coordination with the Construction Department. * Knowledge of construction regulations and minimum habitable area requirements. * Knowledge of State of Mexico regulations (land use zoning). * Coordination of architectural design with structural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure disciplines. * Monitor information provided by external suppliers and consultants. * Coordination with Sales Department (development of sales documentation and home delivery documentation). * Draft internal regulations for residential developments. * Monthly archiving of activity schedules and progress reports. * Preparation of technical specifications for finishes and accessories. **Skills:** * Autonomy and strong problem-solving ability. * Focus, proactivity, and accountability. * Excellent attitude and strong teamwork skills. * Creativity and analytical thinking. * Communication skills. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience: MXN $20,000–$25,000 net per month * Direct employment contract with the company * Statutory benefits from day one * Job stability and professional growth within a company with over a decade of experience. **INTERESTED CANDIDATES: PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR CV AND PORTFOLIO** Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * PLEASE ATTACH AN UPDATED WORK PORTFOLIO Experience: * Residential and hospitality projects: 5 years (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
