**Job Description:** We are seeking a responsible and committed route operator to carry out distribution route management, ensuring efficient and timely coverage. The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of the city, as well as basic mechanical skills for trucks (inspection and preventive maintenance of fluid levels). The candidate will be responsible for selling and offering chicken products to new customers, promoting portfolio growth and company market positioning. **Requirements:** * Valid driver's license, minimum class B. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in route management (preferred). * Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics (trucks). * Extensive knowledge of the city. * Proactive attitude, ambition, and willingness to work in a team. * Desired experience in handling and marketing chicken (optional). **Skills and Competencies:** * Organizational ability and punctuality. * Results-oriented with customer focus. * Negotiation and sales skills. * Care and responsibility in vehicle handling. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate assigned vehicle following established routes. * Daily inspection of basic mechanical conditions and fluid levels of the truck. * Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely. * Offer and promote chicken sales to new customers during the route. * Maintain constant communication with sales and logistics departments. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
