Minimum **2 years of verifiable experience in residential house construction or similar**. Experience in **on-site quality supervision**. Own **vehicle or motorcycle**. Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Todoist**. Punctuality, discipline, and positive attitude. Gender-neutral. **Main Responsibilities.** Technical site supervision. Control of **rough work, structural work, and finishes**. Ensuring execution per drawings and specifications. Preparation of logbooks and progress reports for management. Review of drawings, preparation of bill-of-quantities, and monitoring of project schedule. Coordination of in-house personnel and subcontracted companies. Material requisition. **Key Skills.** Attention to detail and numerical rigor. Organization and time management. Effective communication with field staff and subcontractors.
