**Mission:**
Ensure that all ingredients, packaging, and materials received by the Company comply with parameters established by the Organization, thereby guaranteeing their Quality and Food Safety.
**Responsibilities:**
* **Review** compliance with transportation requirements and quality certificates for raw materials, ensuring appropriate conditions and rejecting non-compliance.
* **Sample** raw materials, packaging, and ingredients according to procedures, verifying integrity and conditions prior to sampling.
* **Analyze** materials, packaging, and ingredients according to established specifications and frequencies, determining their acceptance or rejection.
* **Issue** acceptance or rejection opinions based on analysis results and certificate compliance.
* **Identify** materials, packaging, and ingredients with status, lot, and receipt date, ensuring traceability.
* **Communicate** the release or rejection of raw materials to suppliers and internal departments, including reasons, quantities, and lots.
* **Dispose** of materials used in analysis per procedures, reporting inventory write-offs to the warehouse and ensuring proper destruction.
* **Record** analysis results and rejections in established systems promptly and accurately.
* **Store** shelf-life samples of products and ingredients, maintaining order, identification, and retention time control.
* **Maintain** order and cleanliness in the laboratory and work areas, complying with established programs.
* **Verify** proper operation of measurement equipment, performing cleaning, maintenance, and protection.
* **Register** control of fragile materials and corresponding laboratory inventory.
* **Conduct** tests for new materials and packaging, tracking progress and documenting results.
* **Receive** suppliers and coordinate tests related to raw materials and packaging.
* **Participate** in company programs and projects, ensuring efficient resource use and compliance with guidelines.
* **Comply** with management systems, policies, standards, and procedures regarding quality, food safety, occupational safety, and environmental protection.
* **Document** and improve processes aligned with management systems and continuous improvement.
* **Detect** and report anomalies in processes, as well as operational, environmental, or safety risks.
* **Propose** control and improvement actions to mitigate risks and optimize processes.
* **Use** personal protective equipment and safety measures in all activities.
* **Promote** a positive work environment, maintaining respectful relationships with internal and external personnel.
* **Collaborate** in audits, certifications, and achievement of quality, safety, and environmental impact objectives.
* **Enforce** compliance with internal regulations, code of ethics, and performance programs.
* **Halt** processes when risks to quality, food safety, occupational safety, or the environment exist.
**Requirements:**
* Technical degree in Laboratory Science, Food Chemistry (QFB), Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QBP), Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology.
* Experience in raw material receipt, analysis, release, and identification (2 years).
**Desirable:**
* Relevant Master’s degree.
