Virtual Project Manager – Fix \& Flip Real EstatePosition Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Project Manager to oversee residential fix\-and\-flip renovation projects from acquisition through closing. This role is responsible for coordinating contractors, handymen, lenders, title companies, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and move efficiently toward resale. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, construction coordination experience, and the ability to manage multiple renovation projects remotely while maintaining accountability across all parties involved. Key Responsibilities * Manage multiple fix\-and\-flip renovation projects simultaneously in a virtual/remote environment * Coordinate and communicate daily with contractors, subcontractors, handymen, vendors, and inspectors * Develop and track project timelines, milestones, and completion deadlines * Ensure renovation work is completed according to scope, budget, and quality standards * Monitor project progress through photos, videos, contractor updates, and site reports * Schedule inspections, permit follow\-ups, utility transfers, and vendor appointments * Identify delays or issues proactively and implement solutions to keep projects on track * Coordinate with acquisition, disposition, and operations teams throughout the lifecycle of each project * Maintain accurate project documentation, budgets, invoices, and status reports * Coordinate property closings with title companies, lenders, escrow officers, and real estate agents * Ensure all required documents, invoices, insurance, and lien waivers are collected prior to closing * Communicate project updates regularly to ownership and stakeholders * Track contractor performance and maintain accountability for timelines and deliverables Qualifications * Experience managing residential renovation, construction, or fix\-and\-flip projects * Strong understanding of real estate transactions, rehab processes, and contractor coordination * Excellent organizational and time\-management skills * Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously * Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities * Experience working with title companies, lenders, escrow, and closing coordination * Proficiency with project management software, spreadsheets, and communication tools * Comfortable working independently in a fast\-paced remote environment * Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and vendor management preferred Preferred Skills * Experience with real estate investing or house flipping * Familiarity with CRMs and project management platforms such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or Buildertrend * Ability to read scopes of work, estimates, and contractor bids * Experience coordinating virtual teams and remote vendors Compensation * Competitive salary based on experience * Performance bonuses tied to project completion and timelines * Remote/work\-from\-home flexibility * Opportunity for growth within a fast\-growing real estate investment company Ideal Candidate Traits * Detail\-oriented * Highly responsive * Deadline\-driven * Resourceful and solutions\-focused * Strong follow\-through and accountability * Professional communicator with contractors and clients alike Job Types: Full\-time, Commission Pay: Up to $32,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/C590/FixandFlipprojectmanager*May2026*131254 * REQUIRED FOR CONSIDERATION: Please leave a link to a brief 1\-2 minute video of yourself describing your relevant experience.
