Product Owner

Description

We are looking for a **Product Owner** Responsible for leading the product's vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring delivery of value to the business and end users. You will be accountable for maximizing product value through efficient backlog management, clear communication with stakeholders, and close collaboration with the Scrum team, promoting best agile practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar roles. * Experience working within agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). * Desired experience with financial sector products (banking or insurance). * Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills. * Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. * **Tools and Technologies:** Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Teams, diagramming and collaboration tools: Miro, Visio. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define, communicate, and maintain a clear product vision—verbally, in writing, and via diagrams. * Manage, prioritize, and refine the Product Backlog, including: Functional stories, Technical tasks, Bugs or refactoring, Continuous optimization. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into user stories with both technical and functional focus. * Ensure the Scrum team understands backlog items at the level of detail required for proper execution. * Actively participate in agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement. * Guide and support the team in adopting and maturing agile practices. * Serve as a mentor to other Product Owners and team members. * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and results orientation. **We Offer:** · Monday to Friday work schedule · Working hours: 9:00 am \- 7:00 pm · Two-hour lunch break · On-site work mode · Base salary Employment type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.06 \- $40,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you hold a degree certificate or professional license? * Do you have experience working with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)? * Experience in financial sector products (banking or insurance) is a plus—do you have such experience?
