**IT COMMERCIAL INTERN** Location: Benito Juarez Neighborhood, Monterrey, 64420, *N.L.* Schedule: *Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM* **OBJECTIVE:** Provide support in the Commercial area, sales, and customer service by gathering requirements from SMEs with a focus on information technologies, using digital channels such as WhatsApp, email, and telephone. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service * Generate quotations for requirements * Provide advice and follow-up to customers regarding computer hardware and software * Assignment of basic processes **REQUIREMENTS** * Currently enrolled student, minimum fourth semester * Majors related to Computer Systems, Engineering, or Technical fields * Availability to intern for 6 months * ***Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Hardware, and Software*** * ***Strong verbal communication skills*** * Interest in the commercial field **BENEFITS:** * Monthly stipend of $6,000 * Accident insurance * School–Company Agreement * Online training on IT products * Provision of necessary tools to carry out assigned tasks Employment type: Full-time, Project-based or fixed-term Contract duration: 6 months Salary: $6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible working hours Application question(s): * Are you a student? // Which semester are you currently in? * Can you commute to Benito Juarez Neighborhood, Monterrey? * Can you work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM? * Are you interested in the commercial–sales field?
