Pharmacy Maintenance and Workplace Environment ***MULTIFUNCTIONAL PHARMACY ASSISTANT*** **Job Mission:** Ensure sales by delivering excellent customer service and attitude through adherence to protocols and operational procedures both on the sales floor and at the counter; promote the pharmacy’s diverse product offerings while ensuring a pleasant and clean environment. Responsibilities: * Sales and Customer Service * Conduct blind inventory checks at the start of each work shift in accordance with service standards and protocols. * Locate missing products via the system in other branches to provide better customer service. * Open the cash register and ensure proper application of service protocols and operational procedures. * Assign home delivery orders to the appropriate courier to ensure timely delivery of requested products. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, featured offers, and star products to highlight them during sales and secondary sales efforts. * Open the pharmacy daily on time to ensure customers receive service in a clean environment and with proper sales processes. * Register biometrically upon arrival and departure from duties to prevent payroll issues related to absences or tardiness. * Hand over the cash drawer for end-of-day reconciliation, shortages, and overages. * Contribute to fostering a harmonious, collaborative, and courteous workplace environment.
