PASSENGER SERVICE AGENT / PASSENGER SERVICES Position Mission: Deliver passenger service in accordance with policies and procedures. What do you need? * High School Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred * Intermediate-to-conversational English proficiency (mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts * Strong interest in customer service What will be your responsibilities? * Perform check-in * Handle flight reservations * Baggage documentation and document verification * Make boarding announcements to passengers * Receive flights from the jet bridge or from the arrival stand stairs What benefits do we offer you?
