Job Summary: We are seeking an operator with a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team to perform operational tasks such as operating a compactor, handling a hydraulic pallet jack, and maintaining cleanliness. Year-end bonus and vacation benefits. 5% bonus for working outdoors. 8% night-shift bonus. **Schedules and Shifts:** **Saturday to Tuesday (covers rest days across all 3 shifts):** Morning: 6:00 am \- 2:00 pm; Afternoon: 2:00 pm \- 10:00 pm; Night: 10:00 pm \- 6:00 am **Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday:** Fixed shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Midweek day off. **Your Responsibilities:** Operate the cardboard compactor. Arrange, load, and unload materials. Operate the hydraulic pallet jack ️ Keep your work area clean. Support any required operational activities.
