Logistics and Operations City: QUINTANA ROO Publication Date: Apr 24, 2026 Schedule: Day Shift Description: **OPERATOR ‘A’, ‘B’, ‘C’** Position Objective Deliver and collect envelopes, packages, and items assigned to their route by adhering to established processes within operational cycles, thereby ensuring the contracted service meets agreed-upon quality guarantees and safeguards. Job Functions or Activities. * Record envelopes and packages departing from the Operations Center in the system. * Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart for route. * Review pending deliveries from the previous day. * Perform pickups at points of sale (POS) or with customers. * Inform security guards of access and exit procedures at the Operations Center (COP). * Separate shipments requiring special handling or guarantees. * Depart on route according to work order for delivery of shipments.
