Work Location: **Teniente Coronel Felipe Páramo, 58210 Morelia, Mich.** ### **Purpose of the Position:** Lead the work team to ensure compliance with the production and package logistics plan, guaranteeing **quality, productivity, on-time delivery, and cost control**, within a work environment characterized by **safety, respect, and fair treatment**. ### **️** **Main Responsibilities:** Manage and efficiently coordinate operational staff. Monitor package logistics and promptly resolve incidents. Comply with and enforce client-established regulations and criteria. Coordinate interdepartmental activities and standardize processes. Promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement during the shift. Generate operational reports and supporting records. * ️ Identify, report, and resolve abnormalities during operations. Manage training for personnel under supervision. Maintain order and safety for personnel, equipment, and products. Collect information for KPI generation and analysis. ### **✅** **Essential Requirements:** **Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree** in one of the following fields: * Industrial Engineering * Logistics Engineering * Transportation Engineering * Process Engineering * Productive Systems Engineering * Related fields * ️ **Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations**, **EXCLUSIVELY in package delivery or courier companies.** Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. **Must own a personal vehicle.** --------------------------- ### **We Offer:** Gross monthly salary of **$18,000\.00 to $23,000\.00**, depending on experience.
